DE SANGOSSE (Agen, France) acquires a majority stake in the Spanish company SERVALESA (Valencia)
is a key player in the fields of Plant Nutrition, Biostimulants and Biocontrol.
For over thirty years SERVALESA has developed and successfully commercialized a range of specialty products based upon innovative technologies in Spain and in several other countries. These products are mainly aimed at the arboriculture, viticulture and vegetable markets and provide solutions recognized for their efficiency.
Thanks to this transaction DE SANGOSSE, already a reference player in the fields of Crop Protection and Plant Nutrition, is accelerating the deployment of its strategic plan. Biocontrol products and Biostimulants offer a strong growth potential as they provide farmers with effective technical solutions while complying with the environmental demands of the civil society.

SERVALESA will avail itself of DE SANGOSSE Group’s additional resources, thus pursuing and improving the development of new products.
DE SANGOSSE’s international presence will bolster the placing of SERVALESA’s portfolio products on the world market.

José Helenio Juanes and Luis Juanes will stay on as Directors. Frédéric Moreau, formerly Director of DE SANGOSSE Iberica, will integrate the Management Team in Valencia. The DE SANGOSSE’s branch DE SANGOSSE Iberica will be integrated into the new operational unit in Valencia, 60 members strong.
