Since July 2009, and by way of its French subsidiary LIPHATECH SAS based in Pont-du-Casse, the DE SANGOSSE Group has managed to keep its position on the market for rodenticides, by successfully registering its two active ingredients in Annex I of the Biocidal Directive (98/08/CE).

Indeed, Difethialone, included in Annex I since 1 November 2009, has seen its existing products begin their renewel process under the new rules, thus being amongst the first rodenticide products to be reassessed.

As for Bromadiolone and Chlorophacinone : Their inclusion will become effective on 1 July 2011.

Being the only company to have its molecules pass the stage of Annex I : The DE SANGOSSE Group continues to take appropriate measures for renewing its product lines and maintaining its partners sales during this period transition.
